Eastside Quarter
Bexleyheath
Eastside Quarter
Bellway Homes recently acquired the former Civic Offices site in Bexleyheath, and has come up with proposals to create a new eastern quarter for the town centre, with new homes, retail and public realm.  A planning application has now been submitted to Bexley Council and can be viewed here.

Bellway is committed to keeping local residents and businesses informed as their proposals progress.  This website has been created to help enable this, and will be updated and expanded over the course of the project.  If you have any queries please email Sam Wyatt of SP Broadway or give him a ring on 020 3405 3463.

MAY 2018 UPDATE

Since we held these exhibition and showcase sessions aspects of the scheme have changed, taking account of feedback from both residents . These include:

Highland Road: We are no longer proposing to partially pedestrianise Highland Road.

Parking: The number of parking spaces has been reduced from 44% of the number of homes to 40% of the number of homes.

We have increased the size of the windows across the scheme to improve sunlight and daylight.

We have increased the size of the concierge.
